I am of your belief that they made 38900 to clarify 38792. We accustomed to use 38792 for that injection of the blue dye and/or radioactive tracers. It looks like They are really stating the injection of blue dye would not truly incorporate much further possibility to just what the Dr is intending on performing(excision, mapping, biopsy). 38900 "in
